I work in IT, not a metal fab shop so don't expect too much from me This is my first "real" project with my new MM175, I'm still learning of course. We're installing security camera's at a school and we're putting one in a gym. We ordered the goosneck bracket but realized we'd need a heavy duty junction box to run the conduit to feed it since we can't feed it right through the concrete wall, it's all surface mount. The electrical contractor doing the installs will drill the conduit holes and holes to mount the box to the wall. This is what I came up with, hopefully it's stout enough to take a few wacks from basketballs and stuff. The camera housing is going to be vandal proof so hopefully it holds up to the abuse some as well. Jordan

Reply:IT-Welder; Yup, thats a '65 Coronet 440. littlefuzz; I do love that Yamaha Warrior, it's been a good reliable bike. Sometimes I wish I had the wolverine with the racks and hitch though.Wannabe; The doors are off our CJ-7, they're just off for the summer. Gotta put em back on when the temps drop again ThanksJordan
Reply:I've got a Warrior...and a Banshee. The wife rides the Warrior...it's a great bike.http://all-a-cart.comWelding Cart Kits and accessories
Reply:Warriors are snails compared to those banshee's, even when the banshee is stock. But where I ride a 4 stroke is pretty nice to have, lots of steep terrain on our ranch so it's mostly slow-moderate riding.
Reply:When I read this kind of stuff it reminds me of the many uses and needs of this thing we call welding. I am in the process of trying to get my son interested in the MIG process. Ive got the Miller web site saved in his favorites but I just cant get him to go through the basic training. I am not giving up!
Reply:Good work coronet. I'd say you have the "stout" part covered. |
