So I took some scrap I had laying arround and made a stand for my new vise. I will probally weld a piece of 2"X2" square tube to the beam so I can transport it in my trailer plug. Feel free to make your own for a vise grinder or whatever needs a stand.http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l1...sestand001.jpghttp://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l1...sestand002.jpg
Reply:i made a vice stand that went into my reese hitch in my truck so i could clamp the blade of a chainsaw in it while doing maintenence in the woods..nothing like 3 arms......zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:I was gonna do that, but the truck can't always get to where the job is. I made a plumber a pipe vise holder that went in to his hitch, swiveled 360, and went up and down. He absolutoly loved it and sold 3 more for me
