It's made to fit a 3pt hitch on a tractor. A goose neck ball will drop down the center tube at the top for moving goose neck trailers. Found the hitch in my dads iron pile and the rest is from my pile (stash). Haven't painted it yet. Attached Images

Reply:Thats nice. I like how its far back so that it keeps the trailer out of the tires. I usually just stick a ball in the pull bar behind out tractor.
Reply:The only problem I see is the tractor isn't Red lol
Reply:cool!reminds me of a dumptruck i saw a few years back..they basically adapted the same type set up to fit the front where the snowplow (older fisher type) went in the winter..they could drive up to a trailer and lift it like it was the plow and move it around going forwards..i thought that was pretty cool......zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:I did one just like it for my dad. they are fantastic. You dont even have to raise or lower the trailer...just back under and lift.Good job.Smithboy...if it ain't broke, you ain't tryin'.
Reply:Been using one like it for years around the farm. Grandather made one that went on front loader also for backing hay wagons and such in barn.He probaly shoulda done it before wiping out door of one barn.
Reply:Backing 4 wheel trailers is much easier with the front of the tractor. I have a 600 ford with a hitch on the front just for that job. Thanks for the comments on my hitch, it was fun to build. Will paint it this week.
Reply:Finished the project complete with some paint. Thought I would add these pictures. Attached Images

Reply:Nice job. That is going to come in so handy around the farm. John Deere is not going to be happy that you didn't use green paint!
