This is a wedding gift that I made for my sister. (Don't tell her, she hasn't seen it yet )It is stainless steel cut with a plasma torch. In the bottom two sections are each of their initials, in the upper two sections are the date they are getting married. I colored the edges of the cuts with a TIG torch.
Reply:Now that's a real cool gift. (I'm glad I thought of that. JK) Nice work.
Reply:where's mine? ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:Unfortunately, I sent it to her over a month ago and she still hasn't recieved it. All the other packages that I sent on that date have been at their destinations for over a week. I hope that it will either end up there or back here before the wedding, or I will have to just give her a picture of the gift Another great job by the USPS.

Reply:Do you have parts that you make more than one of with some type of reusable pattern ? I would like to get a plasma, and that's what I would need, a way to reproduce multiple copies of the same part, but obviously as a hobbyist I can't afford a CNC machine. Any ideas / experiences ? Thanks SamNot a beginner, not a pro !
Reply:Plane.....I like to use cardboard, but not the box kind, its like the cover of a phone book.....make an original, and just trace it on to your metal, I've probably made about a hundred skulls with my template. Print shops usually have some nice sizes that you can usually get, just say its for your kids project....Miller blue star 2eLincoln 175
