Catch can fabricated out of aluminum for a supermoto bike. 1/8 inch aluminum tube, 1/8 inch plate for the ends. Tapped tube fitting for clear drain hose. I drew a yellow box around the welds as they are hard to see, (this is a welding forum!) 3/32 red tungsten - 135 amps, pulse, no filler. - Lincoln PT 185. - Only downer of the whole thing was not having a rotary table. Starting, stopping, then turning the piece sucks. Attached ImagesLast edited by kshellrazor; 03-05-2007 at 12:38 PM.
Reply:Looks good from what I can see. I've made a few catch cans myself. John - fabricator extraordinaire, car nut!- bleeding Miller blue! http://www.weldfabzone.com
Reply:They don't let you just dump the crankcase vent and fuel overflows on the track?
