Here we go this a 6'x6'x 1/2" tubing 14 feet long very heavy.Heres how they get into there place 15 feet up.This is some overhead.Heres a overhead and vert by the way this is all 7018  1/8 rodvert weldOnly the bestEnded up doing 6 of these all welded with 7018 1/8,  oh yeah It was 95 degrees today.

Reply:Great overhead welds, i'm still new at it and can't overhead to save my life. And let me guess these are entrances for semi's?
Reply:Just out of curiousity, what kind of weave pattern do you use?  I've been trying so many but I can't seem to get a consistent bead when I move from flat plate to T-joints.

Reply:hello there slag ttried 7018,sorry i need something to make my life easy not for me.attached photo of cap what the hell warts and all,nice welds by the way if you want to make an old welder happy try always rising on your weave not u this builds the centre i know its hard to change but worth it ps change your rods did this the same day Attached Images
