Can anyone post pictures and/ or descriptions of their welding cable holders? I am thinking about ways to hold the leads on my Lincoln Ranger 8 with a factory cart, it would be nice to see what others have come up with. Reply:I don't see it listed in the accessories section for the Ranger 250 GXT, or the 305G, but I have a Ranger 250 mounted on the All Terrain Undercarriage, and have the Cable Wraps also made by Lincoln - Works quite well.Last edited by Black Wolf; 06-16-2010 at 12:57 AM.Later,Jason

Reply:I've looked at those but would prefer something custom made. I have some ideas but thought it would be cool to see what other people here have designed.IAMAW Local 330Airco 300 AC/DC HeliwelderAirco Dip-Pak 200 with Profax spool gunPowr-Kraft AC225Everlast PowerArc 200stBuffalo Forge No.21 drill pressSpeedglas 9100xxAirco, Oxweld, Purox, Victor torchesLincoln Ranger 8
Reply:Hey there, I'm a serious newby here but I had the same question last month with my first welding project (cart). I figured out that if I dice up some 4" .120 wall pipe I could make a real nice radius for the cables. I tacked them from underneath for a neat/clean look. Now just need to blast the thing clean and paint. Hope the photo goes through. Attached Images |
