Channel bumper and hitch

Reply:Well here's a few more pics.  It still ain't done yet, it still needs the tread plate on it.    The plug on the top is temporary.This ain't meThis was a hard to reach area, I'm suprised the welds look as good as they do.  It'll all bd covered after the tread plate is on anyway.Had a few of these to help us along DewayneDixieland WeldingMM350PLincoln 100Some torchesOther misc. tools
Reply:Sheesh, first you put the bumper on the tailgate instead of mounting it to the truck's frame.   Then, you realize your mistake and decide to repaint the truck while you put the bumper on.   How'd you make it?  One Big piece of channel, then cut the flanges at the 'wings', bend the face of the bumper to make the 'wings', taper the bottom flange, reweld?

Reply:I would'nt want to run into that!! ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Can you share your settings that you used when you were running the LN-25, wire size, amperage and such? I gotta give it a try! My LN-25 has performed flawlessly for 10 years now. Reply:nice work. I am also an overkill king. the frame on that truck will bend before that bumper does. very nice. I especially love the beer boxes used  to paint it nice touch. reminds me of me at my place.
