Ok, here is a 2 dimensional mock up of my of the classic style mini bike I am building. You would think something like this would be easy, but getting all of the angles right without wasting material is a pain. So far so good, maybe a total of 1' of wasted steel tube, and thats from angling the ends of the tubing with the chop saw. Reply:I was going to build one too.Then I came across a dealer in Phoenix that carries the Manco mini-bike.I purchased the Streaker for $595, it comes complete and assembled. Reply:Nice bikes. I am probably going to use a TAV 2 for the clutch, and the 6.5 tecumseh motor that is pretty much standard yard kart/mini bike equipment. I got a few ideas off of the www.vintageprojects.com website.
