Ok, I didnt have to weld on these, but they are just another cool way to use the Plasma Cam. Customer sent me the one on the left, said he needs 3 just like it. I told him I can get it close, but his is stamped out of sheetmetal, and mine will be plasma cut, so there will be slight differences. He said thats ok, so I cut and bent the one on the right and emailed him the pic to get the OK before making the others. He was "overjoyed". Sorry to say, I should have charged more for these. Ill have about 2 hours into them when Im done, and im only making 80 bucks on the three. Reply:Never underestimate the difficulty of a simple looking bracket. Cutting and bending is the easy part. Getting the peice to fit up was the hard part. I had to go back into the plasma cam program and resize the bracket about 6 times before I got it right.
