I finally replaced my broken HF A/D with a Jackson/Huntsman Element A/D shade 10 only. Over the years I have owned four standard helmets and one A/D (the HF). I can honestly say that out of all of them this one has the most comfortable headgear. The HF had the worst. The standards were two different Jacksons a Fibre Metal and an old vulcanized fiber Huntsman. I don't know if all the newer helmets come with great headgear, but for $54.00 from Welding Depot I think this will be my new standard issue.
