Just a little weldment today..Its reminder time!Heres the piece..Reminder!..When 2 pieces meet and there is no bevel..Put one there..Line up the piece where it's supposed to go..In this case its on the end...Use a marker and mark where the two parts mate and just bevel what you need..Reminder!..Grind off the mill scale where the parts meet also if there is any...Bushing thru the tube..(no positioner needed)..Weld sample..They all look the same.. Its the "small" things that make the diffrence.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:Ahhh, you left out your reminder about your favorite liquid ....Clean it off with acetone before you weld it!
