Some stuff from today.I had to fill in a section of t-bar on a top plate handrail. Boss said "This looks like ****, do something with it." So I cut a piece of flat bar, beveled it up, welded all around, ground/matched the curve, sanded, tada! Had 4 of them to do.BeforeAfterAnd here is a 5/8" outside corner seam. Continuous. I liked it, so I took a picture.
Reply:btw, that outside seam weld is 38-42" long/tall. Whatever that handrail is.

Reply:Atleast the pieces of metal you are welding now are "light duty" weight, not the big pannels like normal.
