Reply:And heres the most recent bike.And where I build them.One question was what motors are used. Generally is a 5 horse Briggs & Stratton flathead, or the occasional Honda Knockoff OHV motor. Reply:Totally awsome! Are these bikes stret legal? How fast do they go?
Reply:Not street legal. could be if I started with a legal bike. But its tough to register somethign as a custom title in CA. Speed depends on gearing. One I had topped out at 45, but got there in about 6 seconds. One, I got up to about 60 at 3/4 throttle, and didn't have enough street to push it more.BTW, 60 feels like about 100 on one of these.
