Built this over two weekends a while back and took some photos. Chassis consists of 75x50, 50x50 and 25x50 RHS. Single sheet of 3mm checkerplate for the flooring, 60mm pipe for axles. 2nd gen Mitsubishi Magna rear end hub assembly with hydraulic disc brakes. Still need a winch mount, jerry can mounts, tire rack and plastic end caps for the RHS. Havent got around to finishing it yet but it past rego and we use it every couple weeks for transporting the rally car, no problems yet. 3rd Year Boily.EDIT: TRADE QUALIFIED! WOOPWOOP

Reply:For real. I especially liked the double reinforced hubs from scrap axles. It would take me another 40 years to be able to fabricate something like that.Mine would probably track in the next lane or go around in circles. Two thumbs up!Õzá®kÇÑÇ

Reply:Originally Posted by yellowGood question! This is a bit off topic but how do you guys make certain your alignment is dead on? The axles are pretty much welded in position and there doesn't really seem to be any post adjustment nor any machine out there capable of lining up the hubs (other than a laser level probably). I'm thinking of doing a small auto transport in the near future as well. How do you make sure your hubs are dead on and aligned?
Reply:Very good question, my abilities & my bi-focals would land me in circles as well.Bruce The Welding ChefLincoln Weld-Pack 3200 NORWELD StickStanford Hill Farm
