Plasma Problems

I just bought a Weldiking Cool Cut 30 plasma cutter and cant get it to work.  I've tried everything I can't start the arc.  It's a $600 machine.  Anyone else have problems with theirs?  Thanks.
Reply:Dear Freind,Please ensure that you use the correct air compressor (Pressure should be 2-3 Bar), if it is OK, some plasma torches has 2 triggers instead of 1 to start the arc (for safetey purposes).NOTE: Don't try to test the arc in the air for several times as it may break the ceramic resistor in the machine.Eng.
