Reply:That is impressive. How did you cut the "c"? What do you punch? Did you make the actuator or where did you get it? When did you decide to weld that strap on the "c", before or after you determined the max?Do you make your own punches? Impressive!!! My little manual Roper Whitney 20 ton serves me for my minimal punching needs.
Reply:i found the "C" at a junk yard....the srap is n ot welded on but slides on and wedges tight..this way i can take it off for long reaches on thin material..yes we make the punches (i copied off some from a shop i used to work in) the bigger machine in the background is our 10 foot break...it will onl do a max of 3/16 and we also have a home made shear
