i want to get some advice on my 3g innershield welds. using a fast freeze wire something like E71T i believe. here is a picture of a cap i did the other day at school.6G zirconium 702 GTAW 2" xxheavy6G P.E.D. carbon steel GTAW 2" xxheavy3G titanium Gr. 2 - Gr. 7 GTAW up to 3/4" 3G 316L stainless GTAW up to 1" 3G carbon steel GTAW up to 1" 3G Hastalloy GTAW up to 3/4"1G tantalum GTAW up to .060"

Reply:you should beable to go straight up with that too, it took me a few tries but it works pretty good, just start with 25 volts (c-25 .045 wire)and go up slowly move just before it looks like its going to fall, its something to try. ( I didnt see you were looking for advice the first time i thought you were just showing off haha)Nothing Ever Got Done By Quitting, Never Give Up.
