When I strike an arc, the voltage is high enough to hold an arc at least 3/8 inches long but there is almost no current flow. Could someone please: Suggest what tests I can perform to isolate the failed component?Suggest a sourse of replacement parts?I am a 'mostly retired' engineer and have an array of test equipment.
