Reply:Squirrel cage blowers work great, I just made one as well and ordered a squirrel blower off line for about 20 bucks, went to home depot and got a dimmer switch for a light to control the air flow and it works like a champ.Last edited by Flop; 02-19-2008 at 12:04 PM.
Reply:You can haunt fleabay for a real one or you can just order a real on from centaur forge, or peih tool ect. Both of these option are kinda spendy. The best way I have found is to keep a lookout for one at flea markets, garage sales and estate sales. They are built pretty tough and even a locked up one can be pulled apart, cleaned and lubed so that they work again, err... most of the time. Or do what Flop said.
