Source for custom cut designs?

Can anyone reccomend a company or person that does custom cut (plasma, water jet, laser, whatever) designs in thin steel plate? Specifically, I'm looking for a Miller logo cut into a thin and small piece of metal, perhaps 3 x 8 inches, 1/8" thick. I only need a couple. I don't know if a job like this can be done at a reasonable cost or not. Or, is there a source for stuff that's already pre-cut?Thanks!
