what are the differnt type of flames on the torch, i cant rememberlike what does carborizing, oxidzing, etc mean?
Reply:Carbonizing or reducing is rich in fuel/carbon and has a feather. Oxidizing is too much oxygen burning your weld pool. The cone is a very pale blue and smaller than neutral. The neutral flame is found by increasing fuel until the feather appears. Slowly reduce fuel or increase oxygen until the feather just disappears.
Reply:Thanks, that actualy helped out. |
