Reply:Our HF is 60 miles away. I always call first and they tell me if what I want is in the store. If it is they'll hold it until 11:00am the next day. You got to get in the HF state of mind to shop there.

Reply:no my phone isnt broke! i did find out that the website has nothing to do with the actual stores, according to the manager i spoke with. Reply:HF is about 10 miles from me northern tools and tractor supplyare 5 miles away there across the street from each otherand i allways call them with a pn# to see if they have it in stock

Did you assume that if it was available to be shipped it would also be at your local store?I have one of those roll benders and it's a handy tool. You can get additional dies for it from a guy on a 4x4 site who goes by swagoffroad.But with big items, always call the store first and have them check both the computer and the physical inventory before they put your name on it and have it waiting for you.Sorry you had to take the long drive for nothing.
