All Terrain Cart I'm Building need bit of help

I'm modeling my all terrain cart very close to this picture http://www.hobartwelders.com/weldtal...2&d=1151477047 I'm going to put a welder/generator on it as well as two tanks.The only difference is that I want to add some front handle steering like what kids have on their red wagons. I found some go cart spindles, but they are only rated for 200 pounds. I also thought of buying a flat bed cart from Northern Tool and beefing it up. Does anyone have any addtional thoughts, ideas or plans?Thanks

Reply:Hackwelder,find a junk riding mower or get something off greedbay. That should handle the weight without a problem. "Every choice you make will effect at least one other person"
