Got my hardwire setup working and here is a piece that I built yesterday. Got some salvaged 1.5x3 painted rectangular tube for small dollars and I needed to finish off my kitchen office. Here is the result. The table I made up out of square tube and welded it with fluxcore. Came out pretty well but nothing compared to the hardwire I used on the credenza or whatever its called. Using .035 with 75/25 through a LN 25 and a Powcon for power. It is really easy to run all positions tho most was on the flat for convenience sake. Now all I need to figure out is what to do with all them stinkin wires. Dont really want to bundle them as I am into the computer box often enough that it would be a hassle.Last edited by sunline; 03-09-2008 at 04:40 PM.Airco 300 squarewaveMig welding center...Powcon sm300/LN 25Powcon sm200/PD lHypertherm PM 1100Miller AEAD 200LE W/LN25 FCand now another sm200 pd l combo.
Reply:Looks awesome i bet it was fun making them!
Reply:Looks good! For the wires, maybe just put a panel a few inches from the far end of the shelving so you have a "fake wall" to hide the worst of the wiring behind.
