Tips for keeping lens clean?

I am using a Viking Elite hood and am doing a lot of MIG welding for work and I am cleaning my lens every hour so I can see and replacing it ever 2-3 days.Any tips on how to keep it cleaner and not have to replace it so often?Thanks
Reply:2 to 3 days is about the norm for me on an out side welding lens if doing alot of welding. I usually just wipe mine off when they get cloudy and when I can't see very well I replace them.Vantage 300 kubota ,miller 304 xmt ,lincoln ln 25 pro , ranger 305 G, plenty of other tools of the trade to make the sparks fly.
Reply:Keep head out of sparks and fumes. If your getting your face close to weld area so you can see its pretty much impossible to keep a lens clean
