Heres my cart i put together using scrap laying around in the shed and bits and pieces gathered from people.Well enough with the talk heres the pics.
Reply:Boy, you guys and your clean carts! I snagged an unused push cart at work, probably an HF special with half the screws missing, plywood for deck support and generous portions of rust for a quick set of wheels to put my Miller on! NO, pictures are NOT rated here!! But the sucker rolls just fine.  And cost me half an hour to replace the missing hardware and plop a wooden false floor underneath the machine for welding lead clearance, Oh yeah! That's a nice cart you made, it needs a gas bottle though!!! City of L.A. Structural; Manual & Semi-Automatic;"Surely there is a mine for silver, and a place where gold is refined. Iron is taken from the earth, and copper is smelted from ore."Job 28:1,2Lincoln, Miller, Victor & ISV BibleDanny
Reply:Gas bottle is next on the to do list. only just got the welder 2 weeks ago so i been using the flux core it came with. For me this was a learning curve as i haven't had any experience with mig until now.
Reply:What is flux core wire like? I need to do some welding outside and i have only used Gas for years so i was wondering how flux core is to use.
Reply:its a little messy with slag and all but all in all i dont really thin its that bad. Bit of wire brush action and comes up a treat. It has its purposes.
Reply:Love what you did with the cut up wrenchs to hold cable, etc.   Now that is inventive and adds character!  Originally Posted by SANGERGas bottle is next on the to do list. only just got the welder 2 weeks ago so i been using the flux core it came with.
