hey folks did some welding on the underside of my truck bed, not thinking about the gas tank right next to me until i was all done. should i remove the gas tank if i am to weld underneath my truck again? there is a metal "wall" between the driveshaft and the plastic gas tank so nothing could hit the gas tank
Reply:Your hot electrode could punch right thru the plastic tank.Gas tank straps are usually badly rusted here
