What would be the best way to weld a cast steel balcony panel to a steel frame for balcony rails? I have in the past migged small cast pieces to steel, but they were not any thing that would cause harm if they broke. dont want anybody to fall off of a balcony because my weld broke.thanksBTS Welding
Reply:Cast Steel is a Tough 1....................I've had the Best Luck with a High Nickle,.. Or All Nickle rod.........
Reply:They make black rods for cast. I don't know the number. I've heard them refered to as "night sticks", I don't know why though.
