Tapered tips and nozels?

I have a small miller mig gun ,and have been looking for a tapered tip and nozel to get into tight places.Anyone have any links that can help out? Thanks
Reply:Casarez,A few years ago, I worked for a major automotive component manufacturer and was responsible for developing several different automated pulsed spray mig welds on a new product assembly line.  One of the welds was in such a tight space that there was no way to use any kind of special tapered, or cut, or squashed down nozzle.  To get in the right position to make the weld, the bare end of the contact tip, with the nozzle removed, was within 1/16" of arcing between the part and the fixturing.The solution was to remove the nozzle and the gas feed from the MIG gun, and position a separate, auxiliary gas nozzle pointed into the joint from a different angle.  The auxillary nozzle was held on an adjustable arm, attached to the MIG gun.The nozzle was based around a large diameter TIG gas lens, with the center hole for the tungsten plugged with a screw.  The gas lens provided the best possible laminar flow and good shielding even from an extended distance from the arc.  The prototype nozzle was simply made of a standard copper pipe fittings.  Later a machined copper nozzle was custom made.To prevent spatter buildup on the metal screen of the gas lens, a disk of green "Scotch-brite" pad was positioned over the face of the gas lens, up inside the nozzle.I know this may sound kind of elaborate, but it's not that difficult to build, and it may work in your application.
