Has anyone heard of their welding program? If so could you provide any feedback like what processes did you learn and the overall quality of the program?Thanks
Reply:I know several welders who have gone through ISU. I never went through the program but I understand it's among the the top in the nation. some of the best tig welders I've ever seen came from ISU.
Reply:I visited there program 2 yrs ago at 33yrs old. I already had a 4yr degree. I was not looking for another 2 yr degree, so I did not go there. With that part said.. The class setting, instructors and training area all appeared to be 1st class. Every student had there personal space and not waiting in lines. It appeared very organized. My wife graduated from ISU and hears good things about there program as well.I went to AVTEC and did my structural and pipe in 11 months. Great program and the pipe instructor is EXCELLENT! This program does not give an 2 yr associates degree like ISU would.
