Reply:Mmmm... maybe you need to be my guest for a while to feel the jungle lure...Yes... more than a couple millions of hectar... East- Kalimantan is a good testing ground for any terrain vehicle... I am not seaching for a perfect one but qualities in a GEM that make mine more suited to this wet and warm environment...I have taken some mileage in the jungle and prove myself for a certain to my friend... Now I am looking at a mid life crisis tour that take me one weeks at certain part crawling pace, to fuel depot that is not in the map chart, visit longhouse that is deserted long ago... cross river at shallow point to reach my destination... Apo Kayan... I will need a GPS and Radio for sure... I am searching for my own route to vast forsaken logging path and by word of mouth alone...I could use a local 120PS truck with 4X4 mod or... a jeep with a trailer... Mmmm... ajeep and trailer look nice in a framed photo...Nah... I am joking... I'm using it to send my neighbour kids to school Unit in my fab shop dept:my good hand and team that trust me...A lone welder make art... a village full of welder make Miracles...

Reply:Well... this is only a car team of 3 person if we fall off a cliff then its bye-bye forum... But... this time it ok trip only muscle ache controling the jeep for up to 24 hrs on 2 occasion... The road including river cross and wild trail with change of meeting a human after 1` hour hard drive... making direction inquiring a bit awkward as backtrack is a norm and fuel level is truthful in term of distance... but we do enjoy some nature delight...
