The resistance welding machine is mainly composed of the following three parts:

① Welding main circuit: mainly resistance welding transformer, including electrode and secondary circuit.

② Mechanical device: including frame, pressure and clamping mechanism, feeding mechanism (butt welder), transmission mechanism (seam welder), etc.

③ Control device: it can control welding power and pressure synchronously according to the requirements, and can control each period of time in the welding procedure and adjust the welding current. Some also have the function of welding quality monitoring.
