Here's a table that I built today.  It's a 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 x .063 tube frame with 10ga s.s. plate for the counters and basin.  The back splashes are 18ga s.s.  I had the counters broke down the middle from 0 to 1/2" so liquid can fall into the basin which was broke in the center as well. One thing I was a little concerned about was the 18ga to 10ga welds.  But with enough hopping around, the 18ga didn't warp at all. Reply:nice job.  looks like you tigged it?  don't blame ya. priced a 33lb spool of stainless and had to get out the smelling salts.
Reply:The whole counter looks great! I see you have even been using the sink already! In your second picture I see you have some of Denrep's 'floor scrubbing' discs in it; they look a little worn so your floor must be very polished by now.http://weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php...073#post221073.
Reply:The pricetag must have been pretty healthy.  Stainless is pretty high nowdays from what I hear.Nice work.  Wish I could do so well."Any day above ground is a good day"http://www.farmersamm.com/
