Got my Thermal Arc 185 (Arc Master???)

I ordered the Thermal Arc Pro Wave 185 from Indiana Oxygen. Paid $1750. When I opened the box this is what I received.Then after looking closer I read on the panel its an "Professional Arc Master" ??? huh ... I looked at the manual and all over the machine, and couldn't find TSW or Pro Wave anywhere.See pic below:I compared the panel to a few pics I found on the web. It seems it has the Save/Load, Contactor, and Remote Current function that is different than what I have seen in other pics?See pic below:Did they change models recently? I have searched the forum and the web, and haven't found any info about this Arc Master. Or do most of you that have the Pro Wave have the same functions?Haven't fired it up yet, need to get a wall outlet and some Argon. Any input would be gladly appreciated. ThanksLastCat

Reply:The Model Number is 185 AC/DC, as stated on the Tag on the back of the Machine. Heres a spec sheet too. Notice the date Feb 20, 2006.CheersLastCat

Reply:lastcatany chance you could give us a pic of the back of the welder, I'm wondering where all the lines are?? wondering how much i will have to change my cover to make it work on the new unit and the old one. figures as soon as i get a great cover design they go and change the design of the welder. i was looking over the front panel of yours and it seems to be ether missing some thing from the old (2 months ago ) version or they simplified the design ??? LOL. naa i'm ok with the old modle, as i just play with it any way the repeat saved menue wpuld likly go unused any way.  real happy for ya congrats on the gerat new toy, i love mine, well for the time i have gotten to play with it its been great, looking forward to long and happy relationship with it.here is the pic of the face on the old modle. looks a lot different but i'm not shoure how many extra gajets and do dads you got out of the deal but the cover will still stay the same,s o thats good for me.
