Hello, here are some picks of the other welding positioner I put together with stuff I had laying around. Max. rpm is just under 6 good for most any spin welding that comes along. Also have a four jaw chuck that can be interchanged easily. If I had to do over again, I would purchase a power feed that is used for the table X axis for a milling machine like a Bridgeport. It has all the stuff you want in a small package. It has forward and reverse, electronic speed control, and high torque. You could also free-wheel the chuck if needed. Would take some machining to adapt it to a chuck but seems like it would be worth the endeavor. Have one more positioner that is an oldie but goodie and will post it soon. Attached Images
