I apologize for not following up on my request for HELP posting pictures. The problem was on my end. A software product 'Anonymizer', which prevents websites from identifying your machine by substituting an 'anonymous' IP address and/or masking or hiding you IP Address. Evidently this interferes with uploading to Welding Web. Simply turning it off during upload solves the problem. Thanks for everyones suggestions - the one about the firewall was the closest and made me look at similiar products.

Reply:Just glad you got it solved. I see the problem, the software disguises your ID but W/Web needs to confirm your ID and hence it all falls over."One of the things we have to be thankful for is that we don't get as much government as we pay for."
