First, let me say that I've really enjoyed lurking around here for a couple of weeks. I'm really blown away by the technical skills and knowledge of people on this site. The projects are inspiring. And the criticism is not mean spirited.All that being said, here's a table I made a while back. 1/2 square bar and 1/4 flat. Reply:Lookin good.What is that finish? Textured paint?  Paint over rust? copper coated?A butterfly without wings, is just an ugly bug
Reply:First I coat it good with Rustoleum Metallic copper paint. After that cures, a light overspray (2 - 3 ft away) of Rustoleum Satin Black. Reply:Yeah, I was always welding thicker stock than my little 110V Mig was meant for. So I figured out that bevel and fill strategy early on. Reply:I my scroll bender can do 3/16" for sure. I do not think it can handle 1/4". I like the table alot.I guess this is another reason to make a ring roller.

Reply:to me a mill edge is sheared. is a cut edge sharp on the corner? grind it..?
