Reply:It looks like they are trying to promote and follow through with good customer service and quick answers to their customers. That is good. On the other hand, it's a Chinese machine. I'm sure some of the electrical components in the big 3 or 4 American machine have some chinese electrical components. With that said, the overall materials on the unit still look cheap. The Plasma gun, tip and chord all look like they are fragile.
