Here's another quick job I did recently. It's 13" x 10" x 10". I prepped the aluimnum before tacking it together so it would look a little sharper. My settings were about 120 amps, # 3 on the dig, 3/32 green tungsten and 1/8" filler rod.Not some of my best welds, but they will fly. Reply:120 amps and 3/32" green raises the question, how thick is the alum? What kind of battery is 13 x 10 x 10? Reply:The aluminum was .120 thick and the battery box is for a drag racer. I didn't use any hi-freq on this one. Just AC.Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.
