Been doing some tree line removal, landscaping, etc.  Had lots of fill that I stock piled.  Needed someway to screen the bigger roots, stones, etc from the dirt.  My skid steer loader "snow bucket" had a bottom that was pretty well shot.  Cut the bottom out, welded in bars to create my "rock bucket".  I used what I had available in my metal racks:  1" round; 3/4", 5/8" & 1/2" rebar; and 1/2' square for rear supports of the bars.  1st pic is of the bucket laying on it's back while I weld the 1/2" square supports, 2nd pic is hanging ready to go out the door, 3 pic is O/H Mig fillet weld on the 1/2" square, 4th pic is dirt sifted.  Still a little wet to be doing this as can be seen by the dirt balls around the bottom of the pile.  I figure I'll put a 1/8" plate over top of the bars and secure with a couple of bolts for snow removal.  I have a new digging bucket, too agressive for snow.
