Here is another GOOD job I get from the shop. It's some kinda of Sprocket (lock) thing for a safe door.Again They made the jig .Pretty straight forward work, All tig, Two welds on opposing sides. Reply:Thanks to all who commented......Swells I 'm still trying to streamline the mass deer production.Been making jigs,forges, and templates for it.up the 23 people that want them. It' just on the back burner for now,till this is done.The shop is more Hone than machine....But they have been tooling up to do allot of cnc work.That being machining/grinding......Anyway they just sub-out what welding they do get.Of witch I get about 90% of it.The Really big stuff I pass on.The tight quarters are allot easer with the gas lens setup.
