Reply:Its more what you are going to use most of the time.  .023 is kind of small for a 210 amp welder.  I would go with .030 or even .035.  What else do you plan to weld?DavidReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.

Reply:Well for myself I rarely do sheet metal so I'd use .030 because it's already in my machine. I don't mess with .023 in unless it's 16 ga or thinner. But that's me.
