I decided to build a mini press brake. I attempted the one found in comment #18 of the following link: http://www.millerwelds.com/resources...d.php?p=158113 I found that the tubing/pipe was too tight of a fit and would bind. Linear bearings were WAY too expensive, so I slapped some c-channel on there, put some wheels on it, and it actually works quite nice.I have to say I would do a couple of things different now that it is complete and I have tested it, but overall I am happy with it. The round bar bends easy enough. I think the 2/12" x 1/4" is about the limits of this little guy.The only thing I am thinking about doing is doubling up the bottom plate (lots of pressure on it), and adding some angled bracing.
