Where do you hold your tungstens?

Lets see where everyone puts their hot, dipped tungstens, and the clean ones while they are welding?I ran this up todayone to hold the good ones, one to hold the dirty hot ones and the longer one to hold some short filler for tacking.Never thought to weld one at a time. I tacked them all and then had to reach in betweenI was supprised how well the welds looked (for me) on 3/4" pipe (1" ish OD)So what do U use??? Attached ImagesG

Reply:I dont bother, I just grind as needed.  Point both ends at once, run them until you cant anymore and resharpen.  My grinder is only 10ft from where I weld.Have we all gone mad?
Reply:why does everyone have coins in the pictures? is there a purpose to it, or just for showing the size?i'v only been welding a few months and never seen it.
Reply:Here is my holder. This one is made from scrap stainless. I had one made out of carbon pipe, with mexican pesos on it, it got stolen. One day I will make another so I can keep the tungstens separate.  All of my work is in the field, so I made this type to fit in my back pocket.  I don't use tig much, but I keep my tig rig, some argon gas, stainless rod and mig wire on my truck, to get me by. Reply:I guess it has to be said; don't put the used ones in your shirt pocket!!!And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.
