And the guys at Bend-tech are some of the greatest guys to work with, I only wish every place I bought something from would be work as hard for me as they do. I got my first cage all designed up before I got my pro-tools bender from, only took a couple hours, to design it. It was real easy to learn, and I feel lost with out it when I forget me laptop at home when I am in the shop working on projects. Here are some pictures for referenceAlso the ofn forum is a great forum for any kind of fab stuff. Alot of us on here do the same things they due on there. Just though I would share the sale. If any of you guys on here use Bend-tech to you should post up what you have made with it.Just thought I would post it up here and on some other forums, that with services as great as theirs, and a great sale, I don't mind giving them some word of mouth and get them some more customers maybe. Reply:BendTech is indeed great software for bending tube. It will pay for itself in one project!! Cris (designer and owner of 20/20 SSI) is THE best when it comes to customer service. He is a one man show and will answer any and all questions pertaining to the software. This stuff is definately as user friendly as anything you could possibly imagine. I have been using the software for more than 5yrs and can honestly admit, it could be 10x the price and still be worth it!!Great stuff and anyone who bends tube MUST get this! Oh, and don't forget to check out the offroadfabnet.com site as mentioned. Reply:Yeah this is the same software that they used in Xtreme 4x4, Yeah I love using Bend-tech software, and it has paid for itself many times over, even though I don't run this for a business, I have saved myself money on unwasted tubing, as DOM tubing is pretty expensive at $6-8 per ft of tubing. Plus you can design everything off of your dimensions from your vehicle before hand add a tube here and there, and a bend here and there, then when everything looks good it tells you where to make your tubing, the degree of rotation, and it even figures your notches, which is great because you spend alot more time notching than bending tubing, to get the best fitment. I think Bend-Tech has really changed that way cages are built now, as they can be more creative with the look, and design and you save time, money and tubing not having to play around with drawing up a cage on the shop floor, and hope it looks good when you are finished.
