It seems Im in a dilemma with my 1954 sa 200 short hood When I purchased this machine it had no starter nor alternator So now Im trying to buy a brand new alternator and starter but I have no clue what year make and model to search for. Can any one give me any good advice, also I believe I need the spacer.
Reply:I got tired of dealing with the old starters, and generators. I started using the one wire alternators, and these starters from Hybriweld.
