Hand rail deflection clamp

Here is another shop tool that I made.  It's so you minimize deflection on the top rail when you weld legs on.I fabricated one a while back for pipe, but it walked off somewhere, so I had to make a new one. Attached ImagesCommon sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.

Reply:I've used this one for 150' of this job.  As for pressure?  Crank it down tight!  I've never had it deflect the wrong way.Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.

Reply:I would imagine if you had a wide enough clamp it would work on trailers.  But I would imagine that you would want more than 1 of them.  I'm kinda thinking the same thing on the rails I have been doing.I just leave it on till it's not too hot to the touch.Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.
