I am currently employed as a fabrication engineer for a architectural metal company.I have 20 some years experience as a weldor and and fabricator. My welding experience includes SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW as well as manual lathe and mill and just about any type of shop tool. I also have experience with design cad.I am currently seeking to add CWI to my list of marketable skills.I was hoping maybe someone with some experience as a CWI could give me some pointers on prepareing for the CWI test.I plan on taking the week long seminar and testing offered by the AWS here in Atlanta.I was wondering if there are any textbooks/litrature that I could purchase ahead of time that might help my chances of success.I already have the Welding Inspectors Handbook offered by the AWS, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks-Brian
