Reply:The terrorists are trying to knock out America's transportation network by knocking holes in everyones oilpans. Or maybe they figure if we are leaking oil, we will have to buy more of their oil to replace what is leaking out. Thus adding to their coffers, financing their operations. They are trying to take over one oil pan at a time.Last edited by Bistineau; 02-02-2012 at 08:49 PM.
Reply:I guess sh!t just happens but I don't see how so many alum. pans can get holes knocked in them all of a sudden. Bistineau, maybe you're right,LOL!! Maybe even the German pans are made in china. Reply:Rocks still made in America!
Reply:They will only take out effeminate aluminum oil pans, not Manly Steel Pans whose TPF (Testosterrific Protective Field) deflects obstacles and protects delicate engine internals. This is merely natural selection. The strong and ductile will survive, (excepting those made by companies who don't care about corrosion protection and count on their cruise control kickoff switches to burn their vehicles to the ground before their oil pans rejoin the dust of the Earth!)while the brittle and rigid will perish.Last edited by farmall; 02-02-2012 at 11:04 PM.

Reply:I guess my question about alu. pans is: are they to save weight or better heat dissipation? I can't believe a cast alum. pan can weigh less than a stamped steel one. Reply:Considering those terrorists may be college women, they run on low tires, speed over speed bumps and dips, grinding the bottoms right out of them alum oil-pans. Then they cry like babies because thier engine lights blare in their faces because of no oil.Weld like a "WELDOR", not a wel-"DERR" MillerDynasty700DX,Dynasty350DX4ea,Dynasty200DX,Li ncolnSW200-2ea.,MillerMatic350P,MillerMatic200w/spoolgun,MKCobraMig260,Lincoln SP-170T,PlasmaCam/Hypertherm1250,HFProTig2ea,MigMax1ea. |
